We offer free shipping Australia wide for orders over $200 AUD!
We ship three times a week from our Sunshine Coast studio using Australia Post EPARCEL. We offer express post as an option at checkout. Once posted, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation and tracking number. Domestic orders shipped by regular post may take a few days to arrive from Queensland, so email us at info@hendrikclothingcompany.com if you need something urgently.
We offer shipping internationally, and these rates are calculated at checkout. We use DHL E-commerce for all international orders, and can take between 7 and 12 business days to arrive.
Returns
We want you to love your Hendrik piece as much as we do!
Having said that, we do not offer a return based on change of mind- however, we are more than happy to exchange if a different size is needed. To avoid this, please check the Sizing page to check your measurements before purchasing to ensure correct size.
If you receive a product you believe to be faulty, please return to us within 14 days of receipt and we will refund your purchase in the same method it was paid. This will be the amount paid for the item including any shipping. Please be aware we are a small business and while we attend to refunds and exchanges as a matter of priority, it may be a couple of days before we can respond.
Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt. Upon receipt, we will assess the goods and if these conditions have been complied with, issue a refund within 3-4 working days.
